Sentimental and Romantic Engagement Session - Jungle Gardens | Brooke & Colin

Brooke & Colin, where do I begin? They have been together (on and off) since 10th grade! So basically they know what it’s like to be away from each other, and they decided they didn’t want that for themselves any more so they decided to make sure it doesn’t happen again, and he put a ring on her finger! Brooke even brought a bracelet and a necklace from Colin to incorporate into their engagement session which was such a sweet idea! The necklace was a gift from 10th grade. How cute is that?! It showed me that Brooke is a sentimental person and values those things that reminder her of Colin and what they share together…and that Colin knows his future bride pretty well.

We got together at the Jungle Gardens at Avery Island and took advantage of the last sunny day before the rain rolled in that evening. Unfortunately non of the gators wanted to be in the photos even though we did have a few stare us down pretty hard. I’m pretty sure Colin was this | | close to snatching one for dinner but no gators were shot during the shooting of these engagement photos. Pun intended.
