Carter Plantation Spring Wedding | Sarah & Josh

Sarah and Josh celebrated their marriage and vowed their hearts to one another at the beautiful Carter Plantation in Springfield, Louisiana. One of the perks of being a wedding photographer in Louisiana is experiencing all the different gorgeous venue’s this state has to offer. Carter Plantation did not disappoint and it was beautifully accented with floral arrangements by Crystal Vase Florist & Gifts.

They attended to different schools, but met through mutual friends. One thing led to another and they started talking. Eight years later they were vacationing in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and one moment Sarah thought they were simply taking a photo together to capture the moment of their vacation but she turned around to see him down on one knee!

Before Sarah’s Father handed her off to Josh, I saw Sarah take a deep breath, her nerves weren’t quite ready to ease off. After all, it’s a big moment! But it’s the best nerves a woman could have! It’s the moment she is bonded to her love forever. The moment that they will both remember for many years to come.
